Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Capital Region Ques (Fort Meade, Maryland).

Purchases for Ticketed Events Sponsored by Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter

We do not issue refunds for cancellations for ticket purchases for any of our events or venues in which we sponsor or host unless the event is cancelled due an Act of God (Natural Disaster) in which the event is cancelled. In the event of inclement weather cancellation or we will reasonably establish a “Inclement Weather” date to host the venue at a future date. You the patron (buyer) agree to waive your rights to sue and hold harmless Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter and/or the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and agree to arbitration relating to any claims that may be brought as a result of any event ticket purchased or any Membership Selection Process (MSP) fees paid through the website or portal.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent or emailed.
