Thank you for registering to participate in the “Omega’s Got Talent” Talent Hunt 2023 program audition session hosted by Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The Talent Hunt committee will review your submission and contact you promptly if any additional information is need. NOTE: Please ensure to check your email frequently for any program updates or changes.
Please be sure to download the Talent Hunt Guidelines, Contestant Application and Parental Release Documents below. Please complete and submit these forms to ‘talenthunt@capitalregionques.org’ as soon as possible but NLT February 15, 2023.
Instructions:
1.) Download these files to your local computer in a directory in which you can remember and open using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free plugin/viewer located at http://www.adobe.com)
2.) Complete and then save forms in the format of “First_Last-Name_Title_of_Form” (example: “joe_somebody_Contestant_Application.pdf”)
3.) E-mail the Contestant Application & Parental Consent & Release documents to ‘talenthunt@capitalregionques.org’.
