Lambda Gamma Gamma (“LGG”) also known as the “Capital Region Ques” was chartered on Fort Meade, Maryland on December 29, 1984. As LGG embarks on forty years of service, we continue to grow and serve the local MD/VA/DC community in the principles of MANHOOD, SCHOLARSHIP, PERSEVERANCE, and UPLIFT.

Welcome to the Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., also known as the “Capital Region Ques” informational website. Since our charter in December 1984, LGG has been a leader in serving and uplifting our greater MD/DC/VA metropolitan communities. We host and support programs with the alignment of our International Headquarters mandated programs, UPLIFT Foundation youth-based activities and college scholarship fundraising activities. All of our activities are to enhance the lives of the communities we live in and serve. By focusing on our shared genetics and family health histories, Black Genes Matter™ aims to empower people of color to take control of their health and live their best lives.
While you dance and mingle, help raise awareness about improving healthcare disparities, reducing cancer risks, and learning from personal health stories of Divine Nine members and HBCU alumni. We’ll also have prizes and giveaways!

The LGG UPLIFT Foundation and the Brothers of Lambda Gamma Gamma Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., “The Capital Region Ques” of Ft. Meade, Maryland will be hosting our 3rd Annual “Crabs-N-Jazz” crabfeast scholarship & youth-based activities fundraiser event on Friday August 16, 2024 at Martin’s Crosswinds located at 7400 Greenway Center Drive Greenbelt, Maryland 20770. The event will run from 7:30PM until 1:00AM.
There will be wonderful food buffet, dessert & drink menu and a crabfeast consisting of the finest Maryland Crab! Live jazz entertainment performance by the DMV’s well-reknowned “The Petra Martin Quintet”, 50/50 Raffle along with dancing & live DJ music spinning by DJ “100”!

(NOTE: Are you a vendor and wish to sell your products & services during the “Crabs-N-Jazz” Crabfeast? If so, please fill out the form below and pay for your space allocation. Vendor costs for this event are $155.00(Cost = $125.00 + $30 meal charge for a total of $155.00. Each member supporting vendor is required to pay $30.00 meal price).
